Developing an operational example of a jurisdictional-level platform for Palawan, Philippines for the management and monitoring of forest and landscape climate finance investments
The overarching objective of this project will be to develop an operational example of a jurisdictional-level platform for Palawan, Philippines for the management and monitoring of forest and landscape climate finance investments. Ultimately the work will support quantitative evaluation for forest monitoring and for leveraging forest and landscape climate finance at the jurisdictional scale. In addition, it will contribute to ongoing work by FAO in the region under SO2 and SO5 to improve natural resource management in forest systems in the region and enhance the resilience of agriculture to risks including climate change
