End-of-Term Review of Philippines Agribusiness Program

Major Objective: The overall objective of the project is to holistically assess the impacts of the program in terms of the five indicative evaluation criteria: relevance, quality, effectiveness and sustainability and impact.

To deliver the intended purpose of this project, the project will have the following components:

• Component 1: To validate of the outcome of the Philippine Agribusiness Program vis-à-vis its intended goals at the policy and industry level.
• Component 2: To quantify the impacts of the Program in terms of its economic impacts to the program beneficiaries.
• Component 3: To formulate program and policy recommendations for improved and wider implementation of Agribusiness Programs in the Philippines.
